It's estimated that only 4% of all residential assisted living homes have a full Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. EMR’s are the first step to transform and coordinate health care by consistently monitoring all aspects of resident care, including ADLs, reducing medication errors, health assessments and timely communication between various medical professionals.

Each resident will receive an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) to ensure they receive appropriate care thorough assessment of their physical, emotional and functional status upon admission and every six months to ensure levels are always addressed individually as needs change.
